All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At JLAudioZone, we stand behind the quality of our premium audio products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, products must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be in original condition: unused and unopened
• Original packaging must be intact with all tags and accessories included
• Items must show no signs of installation or use

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name(s) for return/exchange
• Reason for return/exchange
• Preferred action (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this approval.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original box, include the RAN on the outside, and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using trackable shipping for proof of delivery.

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item (within 3-5 business days), we will process your request:

• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
