1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Closeout Specials and Closeouts Specials (as these are clearance items with limited stock)
- Bluetooth® Receivers and Electronics (due to hygiene and software licensing restrictions)
- Opened or installed items (e.g., Amplifiers, Enclosed Subwoofers) that show signs of use
2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit a Return/Exchange Request
Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following details. You can use the template below for convenience.
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. Do not ship the item without this approval, as it may delay the process.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original box, include the RAN on the outside, and ship it to our address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery.
Step 4: Processing and Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item (within 3-5 business days), we will process your request:
- Refunds: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for another product, we will ship the new item within 1-2 business days after approval. Shipping times will follow our standard policy (10-25 days based on the method).
3. Refund Timeline and Methods
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you used PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exceptions and Notes
- Items marked as “Closeout Specials” or “Closeouts Specials” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For defective items, we may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
- If you choose the free shipping option (EMS for orders over $50) and later return the item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
